Financial Management
Concordat (Konkordato) Project File Module
A module that produces the financial schedules needed in a Turkish concordat (konkordato) process — repayment plan, cash flow projection, creditor list and liquidation comparison — from one data set, consistently with each other.

The problem
The financial schedules in a concordat file are usually prepared by different people in separate files. Inconsistencies between the repayment plan and the cash flow projection, or between the creditor list and the financial statements, undermine the credibility of the file.
Why it matters
In a concordat, the assessment by creditors and the process rests on whether the proposed repayment plan can be met from the company’s cash generation. That requires the schedules to support each other.
Approach
- Bring the financial statements, creditor list and asset information into one data set.
- Group the claims and build the repayment plan with the proposed payment rates and terms.
- Test affordability by comparing the repayment plan with the operating cash flow projection.
- Produce the liquidation comparison from the same data and check consistency between the schedules automatically.
What it examines
- Creditor list and claim groups
- Proposed repayment plan
- Cash flow projection
- Liquidation comparison table
- Consistency checks between schedules
- Output tables ready for the file
Example output
A repayment plan by creditor group, the cash flow projection that funds it, the liquidation comparison and a consistency check report.
Limitations
- The module prepares the financial schedules; the legal side of the concordat process is handled by lawyers and the relevant authorities.
- Independent reviews and reports required by legislation are prepared separately.
